Service Includes
- We attend site and access the unit (single or double story);
- We remove the louvers and filter pads are thoroughly clean
- We ensure correct water levels & water distribution across filter pads
- We place a sanitisation capsule in the hopper for hygiene;
- We operate the unit to ensure correct water usage rates
- We check for the correct operation of the pump, fan & dump valve;
- We check run off drain pipe for suitable discharge & excess water
- We check the controller for any fault codes
- We leave the site clean and tidy and report on concerns

Smoke Alarm Safety Check $149
Service Includes
- Attend property and visually inspect all smoke detectors
- Check for correct operation and placement of each detector for compliance
- Clean detector and surrounding areas
- Replace 9V battery in all smoke detectors if required
- Document location, type, age and condition of each smoke detector
We can supply and replace faulty or expired smoke alarms whilst on site for an additional charge. Interconnecting smoke alarms can be quoted by our electrician whilst onsite.

- Complete Earth resistance test, including checking earth stake & tag

Service Includes
- Clean and flush out of unit
- Remove and clean pads and report on condition if necessary
- Drain the water reservoir, clean and dry (reducing the risk of bacterial growth)
- Isolate the water supply to the unit
- Check the Winter flap is secured (if applicable) and close of all vents to the property (reducing cold air entering the home)
- Secure the cover/blanket of the unit (owner supplied)
