The Man Behind the Van

One of the most exciting elements of our brand refresh is honouring the man who started it all—Ken Hall. As the heart and soul of our company, Ken Hall has been a constant source of inspiration and dedication. His image now proudly adorns the side of our vans, symbolising our family business’s deep roots in strong values and personal connections.

In the suburbs of Adelaide, a young Ken Hall discovered his passion for plumbing by watching and admiring his father’s work in customer’s homes. From fixing leaks to installations, Ken learned the tricks of the trade and absorbed the values of integrity, honesty, quality customer service, and teamwork – principles that would become the foundation of his future business.

In 1983, with a dream to build a second-generation business that redefined plumbing services in South Australia, Ken Hall Plumbing was established. Starting from Ken’s home with just one company car, this began a journey of success that has continued over more than four decades!

Since these humble beginnings, our family-owned business has grown steadily. With Ken’s children, Madeline and Brad Hall, coming aboard, and 150 dedicated and passionate staff, we strive to deliver the best customer service that every home deserves and continue to uphold the values instilled during Ken’s childhood.
